Asian Traditional Archery Research Network ATARN
An excellent site covering all aspects of Asian archery, current and historical, and growing all the time.

German horsearchery site .Steppenreiter
Excellent site in German which covers many aspects of horsearchery and horsearchery history: run by Christian Schrade who has assisted SPTA in the past with our horsearchery events

Kyudo
Interesting articles on Kyudo available, including a paper 'exploding' the myth of Herrigel's 'Zen in the Art of Archery'.

Traditionnel l Bogenschiessen
Excellent German language magazine for the traditional archer.

Kassai's Horseback archery site (in English)
A site for fans of the foremost exponent of competitive horsearchery today.

Primitive Archer Magazine
A fine magazine which has a wealth of information to share with it's readers.

The Archery Library (Revised link)
Free access to classic writing, currently including 'The English Bowman' (1801) and the Badminton Book of Archery (1894)

Takeda school of yabusamé
Site for the one of the two horsearchery schools of Japan

Italian bow site
In italian, but with good pictures of classic styles of bow
(Even includes a 'filched' picture from the Traditional Archer's Handbook in the Holmegaard section)

Society of Archer Antiquaries
A society dedicated to learning about worldwide archery: excellent journal & newsletter

Pierre Lansac's primitibve archery website
A fine site specialising in primitive archery: in french language

Simon Archery Foundation
Based in Manchester Museum, this is well worth a look: excellent collection, plus books for sale

'Prehistoric' archery in Europe (France in this case)
